I’m fresh back from a trip to Cavtat and Dubrovnik in Croatia after you voted that I go test out a 4 night deal I found at the 5 star Hotel Croatia for £349pp - including flights.
Well, I’ve gotta say… I OWE YOU GUYS BIG TIME!!!!!
Out of the 5 deals you had to choose between (all of them were trips under £400pp), I was secretly hoping you’d go for this one and my god it lived up to the expectations.
This part of Croatia is just simply STUNNING. This was one of the vistas from the hotel balcony!!
And as well as staying in Cavtat, I managed to squeeze in a day to Dubrovnik on a budget too!

I recently headed to Cavtat which is just a short boat ride across the way from Dubrovnik. Here’s how I got on for just €30! Plus, now that you can take a 40×30×20cm cabin bag on Ryanair, we’ve picked some of our best buys.

My deal of the week
This week’s deal comes in the form of a competition thanks to our lovely mates at TravelSupermarket. I worked with them on the Croatia videos and when I got back they said ‘shall we do a little competition??’ and I said GO ON THEN YEH!!!

Whilst my face hasn’t popped up on the telly in the last week, I was doing some filming this week for a fun travel series that’s coming early next year.
I can’t say much more at this stage but I’ll keep you updated!
Also, as a columnist for the Metro, another one of my articles went live last week and this time, it was recounting the time I used a big bra as a travel hack. Yep - you can always count on me for hard hitting journalism!!
